After the concert last Friday night we stayed at Becky's house for the night, and then the boys joined us in Scottsdale for our first swim day of 2011.
It was around 78 degrees and the boys were thrilled to be in the water.
Beau always wants both his jacket and water wings on. He has quite a fear of the water and does not like when we talk about swimming lessons to come over the summer. He was at a birthday party a couple of weeks ago at the YMCA where a five year old was jumping off of the diving board and swimming with ease, when Beau was asked what he thought about that he said, "That looks very dangerous." Sounds like his daddy to me :O)!
Of course, Louie wanted to play some catch in the pool! He swam so long that when we got home and he was trying to fall asleep he had trouble because his eyes were burning, and when he closed them he felt like he was still swimming!
