What is the true meaning of Christmas? We will let Louie tell you since his short essay won our family tickets on the Polar Express this year! “The true meaning of Christmas is that it is Jesus’ birthday. Jesus made water, land, sky, light, and he gave us the gift of forgiveness. Jesus died on the cross for our sins. He gave us eternal life, and that’s the biggest Christmas gift we could ever get. Now we are lucky to be able to give to others. It is very fun giving gifts to my family, friends, and teachers. I love Christmas because I get to visit with lots of my family. We play football, eat, cuddle, and open the presents that we gave each other. It is the best time of the year. JESUS IS AWESOME.”
We had a wonderful time traveling to Williams, AZ to celebrate Christmas on the Polar Express, and are so proud of Louie for winning our family a chance to make these memories!
